GaiaControversa, a proposal that arises from Nature

Gaia: The Greek goddess that personified the Earth.
To converse about Controversa it is indispensable to describe how our box is born. We describe it as "Reversible by Nature".
The aim is to create a package, a container, a box, that will deeply respect Nature.
The package contains selected paper that is FSC certified: research that tells about the respect for what surrounds us.
Controversa arises from the idea of a woman, Nicoletta Zamunaro, who wonders about how to create a better world, and how to contribute to the idea of future that we all hope for.
Nowadays, Nicoletta, presents GaiaControversa, a proposal that has its own price list.
The colours are those of the Earth: water, lava, flowers, plants, trees trunk.
Moreover, there is a pattern that describes the tropics and the animal world.

The colours offered are:

• Water flow: light blue as waterfalls
• Himalaya: salty and pink
• Greenery, a spring foliage
• Lava, the passion given by Nature during the explosion
• Birch, the delicate birch
• Deep Dive, a dive into this world that must be protected.

The pattern evokes Frida Kahlo’s settings as in her picture: "Alas para volar".
GaiaControversa relates not merely to colours, but also to paper, including a selection of “unique papers" that draw on our territory and on Venice.

Crush paper: it’s a good one!
An absolute novelty signed by Favini was born from a research and development path that lasted 18 months.
It’s a good paper because it’s designed to be environmentally-friendly, and also because it’s obtained from food residues.
Citrus fruits, grapes, cherries, lavender, corn, olives, coffee, kiwi, hazelnuts and almonds are turned into paper.
The colour of the paper changes depending on the food from which the paper is obtained.

Algae paper: it tells about Venice!
The algae of the Lagoon, the sea, the wind, the salt and the sun. Everything is on the paper.
Algae paper creatively reuses these marine plants.
Innovation and sustainability are the two cornerstones that combine excellent printing and processing performance.
This paper is flexible and has a natural and unique appearance, considering that the algae particles are visible on the surface.

Moreover, you will receive: botanical gifts and seeds for the contemporary vegetable garden. We have included them in the proposal because we want to sow something good and we think that’s probably the best metaphor.
