Cotti in Fragranza
The name IUBI in Romanian means “cute little love" and has also become the name of a Controversa box that contains chocolates made by Cotti in Fragranza. The project was born as a biscuit factory of bakery products from 2016 inside the Malaspina juvenile prison in Palermo: it is also a kitchen dedicated to catering and canteen services for the city communities and a bistro in the garden of a former 17th century convent in the heart of the historic center of Palermo.
